My appointment was for 3:40 it didn’t take long to get the initial screening or the eye exam itself. Maybe 20-30 min total. The doctor was professional and took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me. The problem was after that when I had to wait over an hour just to get a trial pair of contact lenses. I didn’t require any training as I’d worn contacts the majority of my life. They shouldn’t over book if they don’t have the staff available to assist. I gave it 4 stars only because Sarah came by to check on me when she saw I had been sitting there so long and found my contacts in my folder and helped to get me out of there. Sarah needs a raise because I would have given 1-2 stars if it wasn’t for her

I have an issue with astigmatism but don't have it corrected because the change gives me nausea. I called in advance, 3 times, no one answers, just drops. Get there, see no customer in the store and a woman at the front desk. So I call again. She lets it ring for a couple of minutes and then disconnects the call.I walk in and inquire from this receptionist if their docs can write my prescription without the correction for the astigmatism they will see. She passes the question to a colleague, who had walked up to us as I was communicating with the receptionist. I tried to give her just my question and she turns to the receptionist, who details my issue and the question. The colleague doesn't acknowledge me at all but leaves to find out. Upon her return she starts conveying the response to the receptionist as if I'm invisible. I'm standing 2 ft from both of them. It's the kind of petty Latin power play you get from people hired to connect with customers and sell their products and services. Great for business. Why? Because in many cultures in Latin America (I should qualify that and say Urban culture - which is what I know best), absent some sort of bribe or accommodation, if you don't accept that treatment it may take you days to make an appointment. And then weeks to get your order. If you get what you ordered. "Hey, it's to be lamented but the world isn't perfect, things happen, you know?" At best these folks will sell you what they want, not what you need. So you want to think about why every economy south of the border is constantly struggling, you see the connection. In my opinion.Of course the answer was no. Because they have to put what the computer spits out. Even if they know it won't work for the customer. They aren't allowed to think. Why you need a doctor in that role is beyond me.Avoid America's Best like the plague, and this franchise in particular. Again, in my first-hand-experience-based opinion.

I wanted to share how these two wonderful ladies treated me with nothing but respect and kindness at America's best their names are Tanya and Evelyn excellent customer service excellent care.

Very unprofessional, unorganized, my mother has been waiting for over a month to get her prescription lenses, we contacted the office on march 12 the day my mom was supposed to get her glasses, just find out their aren’t ready, when they said they’re suppose to be ready in two week. A month goes by, contacted again, realize that they reorder them and not inform anyone, when people goes to the doctor rather it’s eyes or health they seek treatments and solution to make them better, not sit around and continue to suffer with their problem. This is unacceptable

I was unhappy with my experience last Saturday due to being told that my face shape and skin tone didn't fit with the type of glasses I wanted. I began to feel defeated after constantly being told that the glasses I wanted didn't look good on me and ultimately agreed to a pair that was chosen by the associate, even though I had already told them I didn't like the ones they had chosen. I was ignored and constantly told how the ones they'd chosen were the best ones for me. I realize as an adult I make my own decisions but I was in a rough headspace that day and couldn't deal with being told that what I wanted didn't look good due to things I couldn't control, like my face shape and skin tone!

Great experience with Tanya. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent customer service. She was courteous at all times while helping customers, answering phones and assisting patients with their glasses.

Understaffed, customer service leaves much to be desired and ridiculous wait times even when an appt was made. Came here for the convenience but that wasn't to be found. I highly do not recommend and only would come here as an absolute last resort.

We had a wonderful visit! I can't get the basic $80 package which is disappointing but Evelyn was great with my husband and I and got us the best deal she could! Will definitely return!

Evelyn was such a great help with everything and help us a lot by recommending which frame were the best. She was great by explaining to us what the doctor said is the best for our glasses and told us what the lens will bring and what was their purpose. 10/10 experience

As a customer who has diligently attempted to reach America's Best Contact Eyeglass Company for a full week, I must express my profound disappointment with their customer service. Despite my persistent efforts, which included calling the company at least five times every day, I have yet to receive a response.My frustration reached its peak when I stood inside the store and witnessed them blatantly ignore the ringing phone. This experience leaves me questioning the integrity and professionalism of this company.Effective communication is essential in any business, and the complete lack of responsiveness from America's Best Contact Eyeglass Company raises serious concerns about their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's deeply disheartening to encounter such disregard for customer inquiries and needs.In conclusion, I cannot recommend America's Best Contact Eyeglass Company based on my experience. A business that fails to answer calls or acknowledge customer inquiries does not deserve the trust or patronage of consumers.
