This Aldo is the worst one ever. They never answer the phone and they steal the shoes you order and send to the store. They never clear voicemail. I have contacted a lawyer to deal with. Crooks. Avoid at all cost. Bunch of lying criminals. I have callled for a month and you can never leave a message because VM is full. Not the second time they stole my shoes they had sent there. All I wanted was a refund and communication. Lazy employees is all you get. Will never shop there again. What use is a phone if you never answer? Called every day for three weeks. Total incompetence and very unprofessional. Clear your voicemail and do your job

So I arrive at 7pm to pick up my shoe order and they closed the gates even though holiday hours says until 8pm. Drove all the way to the mall. Three ladies in the store sitting on their phones and I’m calling the store and no one answers. At least update your hours or post it. Also standing at the gate and not answering the phone isn’t a good look either

I went to a store and purchased a pair of shoe and one pair to be sent to my house. More than a month later I didn’t receive them. I’m now on line with customer service for an hour, the representative send me an email to show the item is out of stock so the order is cancelled but it shows a 0 amount as though didn’t pay for it. I tell her I need an email to show how much I paid because apparently I have to go into the store to get my refund. She says to hold and it’s now another 20 mins since she’s been make on the line. This companies communication is horrendous. I’m currently on the phone trying to get my money back. FYI the item that is out of stock is still on the site for ppl to buy when they won’t ever receive it.Don’t purchase from this company!

I went into Aldo last month because I was trying to buy some new shoes for my vacation and I had the best customer experience. I was impressed with the selection of shoes and saw that they had shoes for various occasions (casual day wear, evening out, etc). Charlene was really helpful with helping me pick out shoes, and gave me suggestions on styles and sizing. I told her the vision I had for my vacation looks, and she even helped me complete my looks by showing me accessories after I picked out some shoes. Charlene was professional, attentive, and she made the shopping experience fun (I was a little stressed when I went into the store because I was leaving for the airport in two hours).
