It's 7/11 although some stocl is limited. Doesn't have all varieties of breakfast sandwich but I think that has to do with location and customer base then the branch itself. But always clean.

Iv been coming get over a decade. The old short woman with glasses and long hair that works on Sunday mornings is just intentionally disrespectful.she ignore customer standing at the counter to ready to buy or she acts like she can’t hear you when you ask for things behind the counter. She snatches your ID out your hand rather than scanning while showing it. And only needs to scan it. When you have your hand out to get it back she does not place it in your hand she slide across the counter ignoring and leaving your hand up to receive your ID back. She is intentionally disrespectful no manners. And simple respect and decency toward your customers takes 0 effort. They’re already over charging for everything in that store compared to every other 7/11 in Woodbridge .

For whoever that working today 6/29 at around 7pm, a black rude gentleman. he’s not supposed to be working as a customer service. He’s Rude and give you attitude. I was trying to buy couple packs of cigarettes, he refused to sell it to me because the scanner was malfunction???! He was like not I can’t sell it, because I wasn’t able to scan your ID??! I show him my Driver ID, and there’s clearly my photo picture and way older to purchase cigarettes year of (1989). What a joke!?Please get rid of this guy or fired him, or else I will call in to the main corporate office to file another complaints again and again until I see him off.

I picked up a bottle of NyQuil that said $9.99 on the shelf where all of the bottles were of the same size (8 oz). It rang up as $12.99, so I let the cashier know that the price said $9.99 (I saw no shelf price for any NyQuil for $12.99). The gentleman who also works there and was putting out the new stock confirmed that the price should be $9.99 for the item. Although I thought she was going to fix the transaction after this verification, the cashier let me know that it was ringing up as $12.99, so there was nothing that she could do. I didn’t want to hold up the line for $3.00 any more than I already did, so I just finished the transaction and left. I won’t be coming back, which is a shame because it’s a convenient location for me.

I was given a hard time when I went to get 2 bottles of smart water. The tag on the refridge says 2 for $3.50. I accidentally picked up one wrong water and the clerk charged me $5.10. I saw the issue after I paid and told him no I wanted to get the 2 for $3.50. The male clerk said no that I had to pay full price because the tag was wrong. Not my issue, he than pulled it out to show me it said 8/2021. Again not my issue. I requested him to just give me back the difference. He said no go out to your car, get the water and return them. Then he would check me out again. I asked why I had to go out to my car when he had a full fridge of them. He said had to be the ones I got. What???This had got to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered and I've lived here and gone to that store for over 30 years (when it was pdq)!! I was so fed up with his arrogance I left the store. Granted it wasn't $100 but even $1.50 times how many other customers he's done that to and it can be a sizeable amount. (btw, $1.50 is how much he kept of my money)Not a happy customer ?

OVER NIGHT STAFF LEGIT WONT PICK UP THE PHONE STANDING OUTSIDE AS IM CALLING.....JUST ANNOYING....I LEGIT HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES TO SEE IF MY CARD WAS LEFT BEHIND ON ACCIDENT BEFORE CONSIDERING COMING UP HERE
