I recently had a terrible experience at a Seven Eleven store and I must say, their customer service is absolutely the worst. It was incredibly frustrating to witness customers waiting in line while the cashier was engrossed in a personal phone conversation. It was as if the customers' time and needs were completely disregarded.To make matters worse, I attempted to use a coupon issued by the Seven Eleven corporation, only to be told that they do not accept them. This was incredibly disappointing and misleading, as I had specifically chosen to shop at Seven Eleven because of their advertised promotions and discounts. It is unacceptable for a store to issue coupons and then refuse to honor them.The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the staff at this particular Seven Eleven store is truly disheartening. It is clear that they prioritize personal conversations over serving their customers efficiently and effectively. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire company and leaves a lasting negative impression.I strongly advise against visiting this Seven Eleven store if you value your time and expect decent customer service. There are plenty of other convenience stores that prioritize their customers and provide a much more pleasant shopping experience.

How is it that most 7 Elevens have some of the worst employees? It can’t be a cultural thing. There’s no way they were raised to be as impolite as they are. This location is no exception. The guy behind the register watching his videos making the customers wait for him to take his attention away from the phone, can’t seem to greet the customers, looks like he hates all the customers, standing there looking at them with his RBF.

Every time I come in here the guy is trying to push cookies no matter how many times I say no. Then today he tried to put them on my bill anyway when I was going to swipe my card. I caught him and he was just silent about it and took it off, but I wouldn’t recommend shopping with scammers. On September, 18, 2018, early morning on my way to work, I decided to get some food from this 7-11. I purchased a 7-11 Select Stuffed Pretzel Ham and Cheese Sandwich and other stuffs. At lunch, to my surprise, the sandwich was full of mold. See pictures below.
