Honestly if you are lost on supplements and just overall guidance on what and when you should eat - go here! Andres is amazing and super informative. Not to mention the other staff has been very helpful. Dalton also recommended a meal replacement shake that is so delicious - can’t believe it’s healthy with how it taste

I’ve been to 5 star two times prior. Today I went to vitamin shoppe because it was closer to where I was and the customer service was terrible. I remembered how Knowledgeable and attentive the staff at 5 star were so I drove over. Angel helped me and was able to guide me with what I needed help with and was able to give me additional information. The customer service here is definitely top tier.

Went in for a body scan were assisted by David who was super helpful and in credibility knowledgeable. Came back for a 2 week follow up and met Kitty who is well informed and did a great job of getting to the heart of individuals goals to guide them in the desired direction. Thanks 5 star staff!

Dalton helped me map out my nutrition plan today. He was super upbeat and helpful. I didn’t think I would be as comfortable as I was there, but the staff made the process really easy. They aren’t pushy, just helpful. Will definitely be going back to buy my supplements from them.

Such an awesome place! Their protein powders are SO SO TASTY—especially the caramel cookie cream one! Just a very inviting atmosphere—each time I’ve walked in there they greet you and are very friendly. Will Rincan helped me put together a meal plan today and introduced me to some products to help me hit my goals. I have nothing negative to say about this place. They’re truly outstanding and make you feel very welcomed and are very knowledgeable. Thank you guys :)

I have been using 5 star for a couple years now but it was my first time in the Woodbridge shop. Let me say that are the gold standard. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and understand the difference between trying to sell you the hot product and giving you what you need for success. Will, Kitty, Matt, and David are the real deal! The energy going in there is like dry scooping 3 scoops of pre!

I’ve been coming to 5 star for years. The quality of all the products by far supersede any on the market today. As a competitor in bodybuilding, taste matters, hands down the best taste too! The 5 star family is always friendly and welcoming to boot!

Awesome place to visit! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Went for the free body scan and couldn't be more impressed. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to buy protein and supplements or just some great nutritional advice.

This has been my second time here at 5 Star Nutrition and believe me when I tell you they truly treat you like family. You never feel pressured to purchase anything and the knowledge they have on their items is amazing! Andreas is killing the customer service game. A must check out if you’re in Woodbridge. My husband tried 3 different companies to help him grow muscle and nothing was causing effects on him. We moved to Woodbridge and found this store and their products are amazing, we can now see the difference on how much my husband has grown since he started taking their products. I started using their products not long ago since I saw they were good I tried them myself. I started 215lbs back in July and I’m down to 192lbs today. And lastly, their stuff is amazing, Andreas has been great and every time we go into the store their is a positive vibe.
