I'm still waiting for an approval on a car from Norm and this kind man has gone so far above and beyond to put me in a nice, clean, dependable vehicle. I give his service and help 5 stars, because whether it works out or not for me to get the vehicle I need and want, he's absolutely done everything he can and that's what makes him just a really good person at heart. Shop here. You can't go wrong, even if you don't drive away with something. Update.. I did end up going somewhere else for a vehicle I wanted, but I left this review just because he was very kind and did give me a good offer, I just didn't want what he had. That said, I was super hesitant because a friend I work with purchased a Buick that she has had tons of problems with and sank hundreds into, but such is the way it goes on used vehicles. You just never know, but it did influence me somewhat elsewhere.

In my opinion this is the best used car dealership in the Wise County Area. Normand, the owner is amazing. He doesn't add in a bunch of Doc fees and other fees to the price. The vehicles he has are in great condition and he inspects and checks all of them. He is the most helpful and nice person without being pushy. If he doesn't have what you are looking for, he will find it. He bent over backwards and worked for days to help me find what I wanted at the right price I could afford. I would suggest for anyone looking to purchase a used car in great condition to give this place a try.

Best pre owned car dealer in this area. Norm is a rare breed in the industry, a car salesman who is as honest as the day is long. Highly recommended!
