Stopped in to browse, but not the type of place to really browse. Gorgeous, high quality antique and mid century furniture. More for a serious buyer. While, there are a few little trinkets, not much to buy on a whim. Very friendly.

Great time we spent there. Great service from Ally and Travis. I love the way they have things set up. It gave us lots of ideas for our small upcoming house projects. Will be going back very soon. I'd highly recommend this quaint place with a relaxing warm home feel.

My husband and I absolutely love The Clapboard House! We've been able to find some absolutely gorgeous and unique finds here and their employees are wonderful and super helpful! I still have the mistletoe I bought here two years ago and it's held up great! The lotions and soaps are wonderful too and the furniture is in excellent condition! I always tell family to come and stop here whenever they're in town! Love love love this place!

The clapboard House is beautiful on so many levels. Travis and Kevin (and Lucas too) are just lovely human beings, the offerings in the store are superb quality and simply beautiful. And today there was the bonus of author, Elizabeth Fletcher, being in house, autographing books. A quick stop to see if something was available became a couple hour visit that warmed our hearts and lifted our spirits and foraged a new friendship. ?

I adore this store. I live out of state, but when in town I make a point to see what's new in the showroom. The staff has always been warm and genuine. Pricing is reasonable. I hope it continues to be a viable business for Wise.

I always have a wonderful experience shopping here. Travis has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the process of ordering a Flexsteel sofa for me. I absolutely love my new leather sofa, it feels so soft and the color is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend the Clapboard House and I’m already thinking about my next purchase!
