“My wife got a new iPhone 15 pro. We couldn’t get it to pull up any apps on her 2022 Honda CRV. She travels a lot, so she needed Google Maps to come up on her dash. We are older so she needed it to be big enough to see. Took it to the dealership they said bad cord. Chelsea was so amazing, after buying a new cord it still didn’t work. She made several trips back and forth, even an another new cord wouldn’t work. She finally got it to work. The time and effort she put into fixing my problem was absolutely incredible. I went early so there was no other customers waiting. She could have just sold me the cord, and been done with me. But she went way above her normal job requirements.
