Well it's a process on becoming a renter through them. Lots of paperwork. Still in the process of it all. But they are very professional and look out for there business. The employees there are extremely helpful

They are nice and professional, also that conduct repairs in a timely manner.

So far they've been very good to me I've not experienced anything bad Greg has been a great landlord
