Why does this place keep closing at different times of the day. Walked up here and there is a sign saying will reopen shortly. Why? I just watched 5 customers have to go somewhere else because of it. Obviously they need 2 employees during the day.

We have lunch here once a week food is pretty good... Fried chicken, mac n cheese, potatoes, black eyed peas, Lima bean, green beans, Salisbury steak, meatloaf etc

When you are in Windsor Va., this is the place for gas, treats, fried chicken dinner, not to mention odds and ends gifts, and such.
