Chris, Amber and the team are wonderful! They have even picked up and delivered my vehicles from my house when I was incapacitated! Who even does that anymore? Chris does! They take a lot of care to figure out your vehicles problem and fix it in a timely manner.

Bought a used Volvo "AWD" XC70 from the owner of this place. Assured no issues with transmission he even sent a video of him during a "chirp" with the tires. When I told him the car wont shift below D without slipping was advised the car was fine. Recent snow storm tried to use all wheel drive and only front wheels were operational. Advised him by email, as I am over 1.5 hrs from his location, of the issue and was busy after wiring my home that day, so he called my WIFE and advised if I was a MAN that I would come to the phone to discuss. Real Christian attitude ( so he proclaims) on his part. Lesson learned.....not all things packaged on Craiglist as all wheel drive are that by some. IF I wanted a 2 wheel drive V70 I would have bought one.
Did not bother calling this guy back if that is how he handles customers inquiries.....

The crew at Windsor Complete does a great job . They fixed my wife’s Jeep while I was unable to . Was expecting to spend twice the money but they kept it to a minimum. Great job guys .

Don’t not recommend Chris’s shop AT ALL do not waste your time or money at this shop
They are completely clueless about Engine Repair.
I wouldn’t even trust him to do my State Inspection at this point

I went to Chris to find out why my 2015 dodge Durango had a cylinder three misfire
It completely had Chris confused
He could not tell me what was wrong with my engine, or why it was having a misfire or white smoke from the tail pipes ….he told me it passed all the tests , that the compression on cylinder three was fine
Basically, I feel like he was just replacing parts doing a trial and error on my vehicle and never found the problem
I took the truck to the dodge dealership as well after Chris because I just simply couldn’t believe there was nothing wrong with my engine when the engine light was on with a cylinder three misfire and running rough , where their mechanics looked at the Engine It turns out there was a lot more going on than what Chris had told me …..there was low compression that CAM was scored and the white smoke coming from the tail pipes which is an indication of a cracked cylinder head.
Cris literally did not solve the problem in my vehicle …misdiagnosing my vehicle saying nothing was Wrong with it. He put it through several tests a leak down test and and told me he had no clue why there was a misfire but he replaced my spark plugs on cylinder three the ignition coil on cylinder three and without my permission replaced the injector on cylinder three
After charging me thousands of dollars to find nothing wrong with my car and play around with my motor on a $40,000 truck
I would never recommend bring my vehicle to this place they do not know what they’re doing

This is the third year I've had my car inspected there. I make my appointment and they always get me in on time. I had to have the end of my battery terminal replaced and they did that also. The price was very reasonable and they're always quick at getting it done. I will continue taking my business there.

This is a fantastic find thanks to my daughter. They're honest and inexpensive! Who knew an honest mechanic existed anymore. I know about cars as my father was a jet engine mechanic who rebuilt car engines as a hobby. This place is excellent from their receptionist (who actually listens) to their mechanics. I'll definitely be going back.
