I had my homeowners insurance with Jay Brock several years ago and a tornado hit my house on Christmas Eve, I called Jay at midnight on Christmas Eve and he answered his phone saying “I figured it was an emergency so I answered”, you don’t get that kind of service anywhere anymore, any issues with claims have been dealt with in a quick easy manner, I now have business insurance, home insurance, vehicle insurance, and equipment insurance with Jay, would give Jay Brock 6 stars if I could.

The front office staff here are so kind and helpful. I never have had any problems with claims (paid for 2 of my vehicles). Highly recommend!

It took over 3 weeks to find out we couldn’t even get a quote. Very slow customer service and apparently not able to cover some basic agritourism activities.

Wouldn't take a payment for my insurance because apparently its unsafe. Can't get them to fix my policy for the last 6 months.
