Half the pumps dont work, fridges dont work, frequently smells terrible.

The toilet flushed and there was toilet paper. No soap, no paper towels, no hand sanitizer, and a GROSS rag on the sink.

Why does this place keep closing at different times of the day. Walked up here and there is a sign saying will reopen shortly. Why? I just watched 5 customers have to go somewhere else because of it. Obviously they need 2 employees during the day.
