First Class Auto was a Great experience, although I didn't get a vehicle at the time. I had a really pleasant encounter with the owner, I believe JOE. He has a standard set for his business and the way He wants it to be ran and I respect and appreciate that, especially with the political correctness '2023' world. I believe I will be returning soon and getting exactly what is meant for me, God willing. Stop by and get you a car and support Local business.

Very unprofessional to say the least! If I could give no stars I would. I was eager and prepared to purchase but was told to come the following week so they can detail, ok no problem. I was calling with and without voicemails and nobody ever returned my calls! I didn’t see the car during this time. Eventually I went up there and the owner/salesman didn’t even acknowledge me. Just straight up ignored me after he’s the one that said he would sell it. I just noticed today he has it back on the lot for sale. But that’s ok after searching again I purchased a newer car for less!! There loss my gain!!Do Not waste your time with this place!! I do not recommend!!

Very unprofessional, I've called several times a Day for the past two weeks trying to get in contact with a salesman and no one answers the phone nor is there an option to leave a message . I even went up there one day eager to conduct business and the doors were locked . I'm highly disappointed in how they do business so far
