He did nothing to my car because it had Bent valves then charged me another 150 for part what part? So cam up to 550 for what nothing at all I don't recommend him to no one sorry ?

Satisfactory work on struts & brakes. But owner did Not honor an important appointment for a later needed brief service. Said his other job would produce more income. He also had a belligerent attitude when I politely expressed regret about the broken appointment. I needed it to take a disabled family member on a rare vacation. I will never return to Fern's due to the owner's hostile uncaring attitude.

Fair pricing and quick service. Just be aware that they don't take credit cards. You an pay with cash or check. I also recommend giving a call ahead of time if you have a specific time frame you need your repair or maintenance done in. They're definitely timely but also do state inspections so sometimes they can be very busy!
