Got unloaded in less than an hour but the old lady at the guard shack was a racist. Rest room for drivers is next to dock 41 for check in is passing guard shack to the left all the way to the end you will see the sign for drivers.

Lot of space but no overnight parking, no street parking, your refer fuel tank must be full if u pick refer load
