Don't know why they are not 5 star from all reviews. All are friendly, They have my scripts ready when I go in there. Never have to wait more than a few minutes. In out and gone. That's what a pharmacy is supposed to be. This is a Valley Health pharmacy so they don't have problems getting what you need like the smaller places and you don't have to wait 20 or 30 min like you do at Walgreen or CVS. Don't let the other reviews stop you from trying them out. You will love going there if you give them a chance.

Typical valley health. Terrible service. Instead of calling my doctor to let them know they didn’t have my RX in stock i had to call and check in with what was going on. Was told they can’t transfer prescriptions and I would have to find a new pharmacy to take the RX. This was a 15 min conversation because I was on hold for 14 mins of it. No sorry, or what can we do to help… why I thought this pharmacy would be a good idea after the Walgreens closed is beyond me. So typical for this healthcare provider. Switching to CVS with pharmacists that know what they are doing.

This is a bit of a long one, so here's the long story short, stay away from here if you value your time, or the time of your loved ones, which may not have much time left. This place is a joke. My grandmother just got put on End of Life Hospice. I came up from SC to visit with her, while here the hospice representative at the house informed us that this would be the closest pharmacy where we could pick up her medication today, because it is a Sunday. She informed me they wouldn't open until 6 PM, I said it was fine as she is in quite a bit of discomfort, and I didn't mind making the hour drive and picking up the prescription. My wife and 6 year old make the drive with me, and we arrive just after 6 PM. Went and and talked to the front desk pharmacist, he informed me there would be a 30-45 minute wait, which I expected and said no problem. We left and came back, gave them a bit of extra time, and I went in about 50-55 minutes later. I get inside and they tell me it's not ready, and they have no idea when it will be ready because more people came in after me. I let them know I made an hour drive, and that my grandmothers is in a lot of discomfort, they shrugged it off and I walked away. At this point I'm frustrated, go back out to the car and inform my wife of the situation and head back in to wait. About 10 minutes later my wife comes in and tells me the car just made a noise, smoked, and shut off. I go out and I'm looking over the car which had overheated while sitting and waiting. I spend probably another 30-45 minutes messing with the car and making some phone calls before I go back in and continue to wait another 15-20 minutes waiting for the line to die down. At this point I've been here for over 2 hours. Again, they tell me it's not ready and don't know when it will be ready. I've had enough, I inform them I will have it transferred and leave as I need to deal with the car and make sure my family and I can make it back my Mothers before it gets too late. The Pharmacists then has the nerve to call Hospus and tell them "I couldn't wait and left before the prescription was ready". Are you kidding me? The absolute ignorance and sheer disrespect of my time and more importantly my Grandmothers, is enough that I will never be setting foot back in this pharmacy, and the experience I'm about to leave on a review for the hospital tells a similar story. Stay away if you can.

Staff has become incredibly useless over the past year. They never fill medication that doctors send in orders for until you call and even then they don't start half the time until you show up. Lately they cant even tell you when your order will be ready for pick up. All they do is waste everyones time.

Very nice Pharmacy. Located right in the Building of my Pain Management Physician. So very convenient. The Staff are super nice, and don't make you feel like a Drug Addict like CVS.

I am very irritated by this Pharmacy because Saturday, I went to pick up my stuff to test my blood sugar because I am 7 months pregnant and I have gestational diabetes and I get home and find that they gave me everything but my blood sugar meter. I called my doctor who was on call at Winchester Medical Center and she said that Valley Pharmacy would deliver it to me today. I have been waiting almost all day for my blood sugar meter and still haven't received it. Even the delivery driver called me around 12pm and was trying to say that she might not be able to deliver it because it was just thrown on her since no communication was made from Saturday to today. Poor excuse for words and very unprofessional. This will be the last time I use Valley Pharmacy again

Never can get my insurance right so I end up paying out of pocket for stuff that's actually covered. Always a huge wait in line. There seems to be a simple solution: station 3 people at the front windows. One time I had a lady yell at me to go to the back of the line. I was like I've been through the line twice now and was told by staff to wait here. She remained indignant I wasn't inclined to follow her commands. Not a well run operation at all. They can start by hiring more staff. I don't like CVS. But my advice is save yourself the trouble and go to the CVS right across the street. Valley pharmacy is a disgrace.

They are never helpful even if you go in for a legit reason they treat you like a drug addict. Need better doctors, and some of the nursing staff are good
