Such a great family owned business - Jason, Jessica, Josh and Reese were all wonderful to work with and made a very difficult car situation so much easier and less stressful. I had never been here before, but Jason’s shop came highly recommended by two friends with European cars. They have great customer service and care about keeping clients informed and happy. Jason is honest and genuine, and they are not looking to nickel and dime you like other places I’ve experienced. Jason took additional time to get on the phone with me, discuss my concerns, and explain things in easy-to-understand terms. They truly care about completing good, honest work and getting you back on the road safely. Thank you everyone!

Upon entering, the young lady (Emily I think?) at the counter was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. The individual(s) that serviced my vehicle did a great job and in a very timely manner. Upon doing a test drive, the service tech was so in tune with what the vehicle was doing that he picked up on something that four dealerships were unable to detect. This was only my first time going here but based on my experience, I will be going back in the future should I need vehicle repairs. My star rating is subject to change pending future visit experiences.

I took my 350z in for the front two tires to be changed and they got it done by the time they said it would be done. Since my car had locking lugnuts, they took careful care of it and took the nuts off with a torque wrench like I asked. They also went above and beyond by reprogramming my tire pressure sensor for free which took the light off my dash.

These folks were fantastic! They're honest, fair, will find you some pretty rare parts well priced including even the labor, and depending on how far you are, they'll even pick up/drop off your vehicle! I will be coming back for all of my auto needs :)

Traveling through on way to south-central VA when my car developed issues that needed to be worked on immediately. They got me in on a busy Friday afternoon and diagnosed the problem. I left it and rented a car to complete my journey. Returned on Monday and the cost came in under estimate and they tacked on a 10% discount! They had me over a barrel but treated me right! If I lived in the area they would be my mechanic!
