I bought Cloud in with stool issues. Everyone was very nice and attentive to his needs. He is already showing signs of improvement and says thank you to everyone for making him feel so special. I would recommend Winchester Animal Hospital for your pets needs.

I took my dog to get spayed on July and they did amazing spaying my Dakota!! The incision looks excellent, clean and not noticeable. No complications at all during her recovery.

I boarded my beloved dog at Winchester Animal Hospital for four days, during which he developed a severe bloated stomach. Despite the obvious severity of his condition, this was never communicated to me. When I picked him up, he could barely walk and had dark brown urine—clear signs of extreme distress and a serious health issue. Shockingly, the staff failed to mention anything about his deteriorating state.
Less than 12 hours after picking him up, I had to rush him to an emergency vet. There, he was diagnosed with a bloated stomach, a condition that demands urgent treatment. The vet recommended surgery, but it was beyond what I could afford. Had the staff at Winchester Animal Hospital informed me about his condition, I might have been able to coordinate the necessary funds for his treatment. Tragically, I had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize him. He had been suffering for what must have been several agonizing days.
The lack of communication and insensitivity from the staff at Winchester Animal Hospital is absolutely appalling. They failed to inform me of his critical condition, depriving me of the chance to seek timely medical attention. To add to the distress, they gave me his food bag back half empty, a stark reminder of his suffering from the time he left Winchester Animal Hospital until the moment we had to ease his pain.
Their inaction and blatant disregard for his wellbeing are inexcusable. I trusted them with the care of my precious dog, and they failed miserably. I urge all pet owners: do not board your animals here under any circumstances. This facility does not deserve your trust or your beloved pets. RIP friend.

They've been great with my rabbits and cats. When I found 3 abandoned kittens, they were able to get them in right away. Glad I have them to call to help care for our furry friends.

Best vet experience I've had in a long time. They were able to get me seen very quickly. The staff were all very friendly and informative. Overall very easy to work with and will continue to do business with. Photo just because.

Our 3.5 year old dog is naturally very anxious. The vet he saw at Winchester Animal Hospital knew how to earn his trust (without treats) and he allowed her to examine him without issue. In the past, at other hospitals, he's shaken with anxiety, but he didn't here. We're grateful for their thorough care and amazing insight into animal behavior.

I called to get my best friend (chihuahua) an appointment. They were able to fit me in very quickly and everyone from the person I spoke to on the phone, to the vet, were extremely kind and caring. Their prices are also very fair. I will definitely be using them for any other vet visits that are needed!

"I have been taking my pet to this vet clinic since December 2023. Overall, the experience has been okay, but there are some areas that I found lacking. The communication from the staff was satisfactory, although it could have been better. However, the follow-up from the doctor was quite disappointing. I would not recommend this clinic for more serious or long-term care needs. They seem to be okay for basic vet care, but for more comprehensive or specialized services, I would look elsewhere."

I almost fell over when they told me how much my bill was for a routine check-up and vaccine. I have been taking my pets here for 20 years. It seems like their price doubled in the last year. They should tell you up front the cost of services.

At Winchester Animal Hospital the vet patiently explained my dog's problem, what medicines she was prescribing, and what progress I should see in the coming week. When I got back to my car I nearly cried with relief because she explained Tristan's condition, answered my questions, and we discussed possible underlying causes. Tristan was happy too since she said he didn't have to wear the plastic cone collar any longer.
