I work at nradc and every time I go in to purchase new boots I am greeted at the door they make sure we are satisfied before we leave and the employees are always very helpful and kind that's why I continue to go back they will always have my business

My first time stepping foot in this shoe store was to purchase boots for work. First thing you’ll notice is the old fashioned atmosphere, you can tell the difference from those big commercial stores. The employees pay attention to detail. They’ll sit you down, measure your feet and then find shoes according to your measurements and what you’re looking for. They take their time to browse through inventory and then fit your feet with different options while chit chatting and making recommendations. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel like a neighbor not just another customer. Will return and recommend:)

A small town, family-owned local shoe store, whose staff always greets you with a smile. They provide excellent customer service and stand behind the products they sell. I got my 1st pair of ballet slippers there at the age of seven (7) and have been getting my work shoes there for the past 25 years.

Horrible customer service. Prices are on above msrp. Purchased a pair of defective boots from them and they refused to honor Danner's warranty after only 1 day, so now I am out my money and without the product. Would not recommend.

After being sized for shoes of the latest model of new balance 990s version 6, I was told they did have a shoe in that model in my width so as a result sold a pair of 990 version 5s and were told that it was purely esthetics at were the difference between the pair I figured he's the professional he must be right. The first pair were so wide I ran out of laces so I had to return them, when I took them back after having to verbally stand my ground just to return a simple pair of shoes, to mitigate the situation she offered a pair of insoles to "fill in the shoe a little bit better" then told the gentleman to bring up a pair of the ones I had originally tried on and bought only to find out the are seconds sold at market price 214.00 so you wouldn't expect the to be off stitched. it's okay I'll love'em anyway. Watch the pair they sell you, not the pair they let you try on and look them over to see bad stitching, missed material lines, or poor structural form. I bought a $214.00 pair of running shoes and they should be as advertised. Simply put every line matters in a new pair is shoes.

Wilkins is always my go to store whenever I need any type of shoe, whether that be specialty shoe or just everyday shoes. I’ve gone to them for many years for everything from dance shoes to basketball shoes to now nursing shoes. The staff is always polite and the owners do their best to make every experience a good one. Can’t recommend them enough!!
