I just spoke with Mitch at this pharmacy. I feel compelled to give him a shout out. I manage both of my elderly parents' medications, and Mitch and his colleagues are always so helpful when I call, or when my father gets confused about his and my mother's medications, and I need someone to help me sort things out. This pharmacy is so busy; yet the staff is always so helpful and never make me feel like I am bothering them. Their customer service is A+++++; Walgreens needs to give this pharmacy staff a raise! Thank you for your service, and for being so kind and helpful to my parents (R.C and E.C.)

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies we've ever used. They appear to pay little attention aside from entering the information directly in front of them into the computer. They do absolutely no cross referencing, so you can end up with multiple prescriptions for the same medication all at different doses, and they'll just keep filling them all. The only way it might get stopped is if your insurance company declines when they file it. If they aren't stopped you can end up with the wrong dose, and they refuse to refund, or reissue the correct prescription. Absolutely the most horrible customer service, and they refuse to accept any responsibility for their actions. Save yourself the aggravation and use another pharmacy.

This Walgreens pharmacy is ineffective. After waiting a week for them to fill the prescription they still were "OUT OF STOCK". This was my second visit and it has been the WORST experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. It looks like I'll be taking my business to a local more customer friendly pharmacy. These big chain pharmacies need to get training in effective customer service. I would NOT recommend this Walgreens.
