Customer for 18 years. This is the worst branch I have ever been in. Rude. Attitude problems. Sit in their offices with the lights off and the ringers off.

Second day in a row that the ATM wasn't accepting deposits. I understand when it also now said that there wasn't cash available... it's a holiday weekend. But, I can't grasp an inability to accept deposits.

Terrible customer service, no public bathroom, one girl in the front trying to handle all the customers when she's clearly new meanwhile, people walking around useless behind her. Other teller was next to her and said "I don't know how to help, but I'll stand here and look useful", meanwhile, there were seven people in line she could've been helping. There's no reason why it should be 20 minutes in line with only a few people in front of you at 2:45 PM on a Tuesday.

Apparently their phones never work because anytime I call this branch, no one is available and I get sent to an automated system which it’s useless. When I go in, I’m told I need to make an appointment. They made me wait around, and later told it would be a longer wait time. I’ve never had to make appointment at any other bank I’ve done business with. The ladies working had attitudes for no reason, were dismissive of my needs, and made me feel like my business was unwanted. Do no recommend.

An unknown party stole my identity and opened a fraudulent Wells Fargo account on their website. Despite using a fake license #, they were successfully able to open the account and set up online banking. Wells needs to do a better job of screening new account applications that are opened using incorrect license numbers. I worked in the online new account department at another FI, and know a thing or two about fraud and the flags that should be raised when an incorrect ID is used. I’m very surprised a lucrative Institution like Wells does not have safeguards in place to prevent this from happening. I caught the fraud right away, and was able to shut the account down before either Wells or myself experienced a loss, however most people experiencing identity theft will not be this lucky. Do better WF.

My son and I took out cash money to buy him a car. We each made separate transactions from our own accounts. They never counted the money and we didn’t think about asking them to count it in front of us. We went to go purchase the car and we were each short 1,000.00. The lady behind us made a cash transaction and walked out. She walked back in to the bank about 3 minutes later stating that her money was 40.00 short. The teller and manager counted the money 5 times and couldn’t find our missing money. I called the police on them. Within minutes they were able to find out 2000.00 missing money and gave the lady behind us her 40.00. It was so surreal I thought I was in a bad movie. They need to be looked at and investigated.

Called more than 10 times over the last 30 minutes and no bankers pick up, it simply routes the call to the call center where they say that for my particular question, it must be addressed by someone in the branch.

The worst bank ever. I would suggest never doing business here, you can’t get in to do anything, they never answer the phone and they’re just flat out rude. I’m not going to email your silly hr portal or whatever just know your employees and management are garbage and you should do better Wells. Open your lobbys, answer your phone and be courteous. It’s not hard! Jerks.

Randomly stopped in to ask about an issue with a checking accout set up. Branch is VERY short handed, but the manager, Vickie, asked if she could help. She only had a few minutes but stopped to help anyway. And after a few minutes and some finger tapping on the keyboard, a NEW and greatly needed account was OPEN!!! Times are STRESSFUL to say the LEAST, but she lightened the situation and we even had a few LAUGHS!!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE WITH THE SITUATION, YOUR A TRUE ASSET TO WELLS FARGO!!

Hand written note on the door stating that the bank is closed due to a lack of workers. Called the other branch in town 3 times and no ones picks up. Called the 1800 number and the individual stated that all branches are open. The person at the 1800 number did not give any impression of wanting to help resolve the issue of FINDING A WELLS FARGO THAT IS OPEN. Who would have thought that finding a bank open during normal business hours would be so difficult.
