Made an appointment and had an urgency to my wire transfer. My appointment was for 10AM. The money left my account instantly. The recipient of the wire called 5.5 hours later saying they did not receive the funds 30k. Called the bank and they said the manager forgot to approve the wire. It doesn't matter what branch you go to or what city, Wells Fargo is just a really bad bank.

30+ minutes to cash a check? My standards when it comes to Wells Fargo are as low as possible, but even for them, this is asinine. Avoid this branch at all costs, unless of course, you have an entire afternoon to spend waiting in line, listening to tellers be rude to customers is your idea of fun.

We had to come in person for a service (adding a joint owner to the account) and after that visit, we were immediately told by the online help desk that the transaction was not successfully processed and that we needed to go back to this branch for a second time to fix the addition of the joint owner and re-verify our identities… it is just consistently terrible service and shows the lack of effort given by the employees here.

I made a deposit today at the drive thru. The nice Wells Fargo employee (Teller) asked where the money was from and questioned the certified check. I said my Mother. I paused, her estate. My Mother died. Very sad for me. No reply of sympathy from the teller. WF will have to verify with the issuing bank if the check is valid. That will take a few minutes. Few words spoken when the deposit was accepted. Employees at the issuing bank were very sympathetic that my Mother died in the previous two weeks. Wells Fargo, I suggest empathy training. Did Wells Fargo consider I was depositing a fraudulent check. Time to reinvest elsewhere.

This branch needs to hire more tellers. Every time I come here I have to stand in a long line for like 15-20 minutes, because they only have 1-2 tellers working. I try to avoid this branch if I can, but it's super close to my house so it would be great if they would step it up.

I went today to widthraw couple of hundred at this bank because I hate ATM machines and the Teller didn't like it because she said that the ATM machine is there for little widthraw. Ok maybe she's right, but I still hate ATM and you are there to help a long time customer.

I've always had a good experience at this specific location. They're friendly and helpful, but more importantly, they're efficient! I've never had to wait very much even when the lines are long. No complaints here, and I've been a customer for over 20 years-- back when it was still Wachovia.

I think by now it would become pretty obvious to avoid this place. The entire business seems to usually take a lunch/break between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm. They never answer their phone and then require you to have an appointment to accomplish tasks that simplified at other banks. Take your time and business elsewhere.

I was traveling from SC to CT and needed to stop at a random Wells Fargo because of a hold on my account and I needed to verify who I was. I picked this WF because it is right off 81. I stopped into a branch that had the most helpful and friendly people working there. The verification took a long time because the phone customer service person did not document my conversation with her or the fact that she verified the check on hold. Gladys and Nicole took care of me and my needs like I was their regular customer and they have known me for years. You dont see much kindness in customer service especially in banking. Whenever I come across awesome people who take care of the public even when the public isn't always kind I feel the need to say a big Thank you!

People (tellers) in drive way are either highly unprofessional or super sleepy , they take hours to simple cash deposit of one person. They need more training. City national is super sonic speed , highly cooperative and friendly staff. Wf 0/10

Very typical of Wells Fartgo! Unwilling and unable to help with the most basic of services. Don't ever open an account with Wells Fartgo, and if you have one, then change your bank!
