Mike is a fantastic coach! He has such a good eye and makes sure to come around to everyone and give feedback and help make us better! Always a great class when Mike is coaching!

I have been going to CrossFit Vicerant for almost a year now. I came knowing absolutely nothing about CrossFit and all of the coaches were so knowledgeable. They always took the time to make sure I was doing each exercise correctly. I love the variety of workouts I get to do with a kind and encouraging community.

I’ve dropped in to well over 20 CrossFit gyms in the past few years and none of them have come close to Vicerant. Great coaching, programming, community, you name it. By far the best gym I’ve ever been to.
