The pharmacy staff are amazing. Katie really took care to fill my prescriptions and helped me utilize my Discount card.

The staff here are amazing. I went to get my COVID booster and it was super early since I didn't realize how close it was. It was a busy day for them and every staff member there was so kind, helpful and cheerful with each client. They kept the line moving and never broke a sweat.

The pharmacy service (Valley Mill) is brutal. I'd rate this store negative stars if I could.

I've been trying to get my medicine for 3 weeks. I'm finally told verbally they have the medication in stock and I can pick up after work. I go to pick it up and am told they are out! And they have to order it. So I continue to go unmedicated. Thanks guys.

By far the worst pharmacy. Every month, I stop on my way to work to get my prescription and the line is ridiculous. Most times I give up and leave before picking up. Other times i go inside to meet the long lines again followed by the slowest working people that move like there's no urgency at all. Just this moment, I picked up at the window and I literally sat AT the window for 20 minutes before someone said anything. Understaffed? Poorly managed? Both? How many people got written up or lost there jobs because they were late to work due to sitting in the line at this pharmacy??Problem is my insurance requires I use Walgreens and this is the only one that is convenient. Solution: increase staffing at least during peak hours.

I have gotten 4 out of 5 prescriptions filled at different times here over the last year. I say 4 out of 5 because I NEVER RECEIVED ONE IF THEM. Eye drops were ordered for my child and I never got the call/text. I tried calling and just got the voice message. The condition cleared up and I never ever received that item. Now the other times that did get filled I had to go to the store in person each and every time or call and request to speak to a real person and asking them to fill it. Today, my prescription was called in at 3:30pm from my doctor. This Walgreens closes at 8. I first called starting at 6:45. I was put on hold to talk to a person. After about 15 minutes a person answered and put me on another hold immediately. I was on this hold for about an additional 5 minutes and they hung up on me. So I call back. And again wait on hold for about 10 minutes this time. I finally get ahold of a person and inquire if my prescription would be filled tonight. She said "I can go ahead and get that started and filled tonight". So I asked if they would have been ready had I not called. And she didn't say no, but she did say they are not running a full staff and people are getting the covid vaccine... so no it would not have been filled tonight. This is unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere. This is not a "flu season shortness of staff". This has been ongoing over a year. This is their business practice.

I like the rewards program a lot, pays off if you watch pricing of items and use your rewards.

If you can't keep staffed enough to run the place you should just close it. Maybe you don't really need that many Walgreens in the city. Wait times are just ridiculous.

Attempted to buy cigarettes with a GOVERNMENT ISSUED PICTURE ID (GREEN CARD) which I've used at the same location multiple times in the past but I got denied today due to not having a driver's license. My id shows my picture and my date of birth so I believe the fact that I'm currently not driving has absolutely nothing to do with buying cigarettes

The pharmacist and pharmacy associates were super helpful in getting my prescription filled quickly after spinal surgery. They helped us navigate both the doctor and the insurance. I would completely recommend them. ?

DO NOT SHOP IN STORE, use your Walgreens app and do store Pick up, if you dont have the app, download it. This is the second time I have gone in with a specific list of items to purchase. Each item is less expensive on the app, than in store. Some being $3-$5 less. If you coupon, they will not honor if you try to purchase in store. Example for today, tresseme shampoo/conditioner on app is $5.79, in store On SALE is 2/$12. App has a $5 off 2 coupon, store did not apply. Crest toothpaste on app $3, in store On SALE $4.99. It was almost a $12 difference in cost from my app Pick up order cart total than what it was at register, and $24.50 in coupons that didn't apply at register. Huge difference in price. Best way to keep people out of your store is to make it less expensive for them to never step foot inside, I suppose.

This is my favorite Walgreens in town. The employees are very friendly and are always happy to assist me. The pharmacy is very quick and efficient with friendly pharmacists. Almost always, they will have everything I am looking for and more. With a vast amount of snacks, drinks, and every day items, I can get what I need and more in one quick and easy trip. They usually have quite a few covid tests in stock too. While this location is on door dash, it is always a pleasure to visit and get the items I need myself. Our family prefers this Walgreens location over similar stores such as Rite-aid and Cvs pharmacy. We did notice that the cost of some items such as drinks and frozen dinners do cost a bit more here than other places like gas stations. We do recommend and enjoy the location though!

Drive-thru prescription pick-up window is now a drive-up clinic. They're trying to do Covid-19 testing out the window. I saw kids in car in front of me self-testing after the 10 minutes filling out the paperwork. Accurate, hell no. Took me 40 minutes to pick up my prescriptions. Either be a pharmacy or clinic. Martin's is now my new pharmacy.
