Talk about some reliable shop mechanics y'all, not to mention skilled, Winchester truck repair has them. I work with a local company that brings a couple trailers here a week. And these guys are fast. I'll drop one off today and they'll call tomorrow saying it's done. I've never had to sit and wait so I can't tell you about that part but we are very pleased with Winchester Truck Repair. I've brought trailers in with severe roof damage and pick them up a couple days later and you can't even tell there was damage. That's dang sure worth the money in my book.

Well spent $522! If total bill was $1000, I’d pay them that price. A1 customer service and the mechanic was top tier. Me being a ex Shop Foreman for Swift Transportation before buying my own truck, I do know good mechanics lol great job Virginian Repair Center. Thanks again.

Our motorhome broke down 8/7 on I-81 and WTS took us in for repair. Your staff is truly amazing, courteous, understanding, knowledeable and so helpful locating the problem and dealing with our insurance company and repair shop that was responsible for the breakdown. Yes I know we are still here 5 days later but have a total understanding of the issues of getting replacement parts in the present covid environment. I did give him five stars at first but it's only been two weeks since they fix myand he said it would last and it would never leak again but now it's pouring few out of it right now as I speak and they not making it right to know I would not recognize and recommend this place to nobody they suck

Truck lost power and went in for Dino. They cleared the code and sent him out to test drive if light would come back on. They said if it did, it must be injector harness. Bill $130. Driver went on test drive and light came back on. So he went back and they charged 3 hrs labor to change the injector harness. the truck is fixed within reasonable labor but It lost one star coz the part was quoted 3 times higher than regular price so driver had to Uber to get the parts. Overall good experience!

I've found my mechanic! i was stuck on 81N in Winchester. everyone was closed & those open were booked solid. they made time to come get me safely to the shop. but squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me done. Ram is purring again. and got all my 6 tires changed on truck and 2 duals replaced on trailer. GUY is the man! price was extremely fair especially for what I needed done & was blessed with peace of mind because it was so late i got to watch the work get done. These guys are the best!!! Paid the Loves shop further down for an oil change and they screwed up my fuel filter. Ben (mechanic here) figured out exactly what the problem was and fixed it asap. Got me back on the road in about 20 mins. I would give em 10 stars if i could!!!! This is NOT the loves shop everyone is referring to. These guys are legit and know what they are doing. They even put the truck on the machine to be sure it was fixed. Come here and bypass Loves altogether.
