Absolutely no personal customer service. If you have a problem or issue with your iPhone, it's your fault or consequence for not understanding. After my fourth visit in purchasing a new iPhone 15, and subsequently returning it (in which they agreed had been confusing after trying to talk me into a different iPhone), their comments to Verizon on my refund statement said "customer didn't do what was instructed, and unhappy with the high bill". HA! These employees desperately need a class in customer service and relations, and it was absolutely NOT a pleasure doing business with them.

If I could give this business a zero, I would. We purchased 2 IPhones from this "Verizon" retailer. Waited 10 days for them to arrive. We were told we will receive $400 refund per phone as trade-in, providing they were in working order, which they were. We paid the balance of our phones at the time of sale. The next month, Verizon increased our bill by $50. They never received documentation that the phones were paid in full. Multiple phone call to Russell Cellular and attempts at a 3-way phone call with Verizon were a complete waste of time. Hubby walked into Verizon with all our documentation, and within 1 hour everything was straightened out. Bottom line, stay away from Russell Cellular.

Very curt and did not want to help me unless I suggested things. Kept insisting I change plans to get more trade in when the plan would cost more EACH year than their offer. Didnt want to tell me if there were any sales or other offers upcoming. Go to the store in town for GOOD service. This place is a joke these days

By far this has been the best Verizon store in the area. I had an issue with adding a line that’s a very long story. But needless to say. The staff Travis, Candace, and Cameron were the most helpful people I have ever encountered at any cell phone store. They helped me resolve the issue with my phone that technical support couldn’t even figure.

Was told one price when trying to buy a tablet for my mom. Then after my credit card was ran told another price, and saw my bill was more expensive than was quoted. I will not go back. Save yourself the trouble and go to the real Verizon store

These guys have been going to extra mile for me as I try to fight my number away from metro by t-mobile. Great customer service from associates who know what they are doing. If your looking for in person customer service that actually solves your problem, this is the place to go.

Great experience! Ported a number from Sprint/T-Mobile, delivery of ordered iPhone, assembly of new phone with accessories and setup of phone. Lacy and Candace were phenomenal! Leaving the store I knew my new phone AND my bill were correct! No additional trips needed and happy customer!!

I will bypass all other Verizon locations just to go to this one! The employees are very knowledgeable and make me feel like I matter as a customer! They always keep you informed about new deals going on but never make you feel unimportant if your not interested at that time! They are there to answer questions and give you the support you need! Shout out to Tyler for all his help and knowledge! If you need phone help definitely go to this location!

There isn’t enough words out there to describe how appropriate I am of Tyler and Candace. These two employees have went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed and wanted was done.
