Walked in and talked to one of the sales staff, they were friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about, we couldn't get our phone then and decided to come back. Fast forward, walked in again, sales person was not as friendly but we thought it was because they were working on something. At the end of our visit we came away with a phone not properly set up, and several pricing lies. When we got home my husband called customer service and the young man on the phone was very surprised oh how the person at the store had screwed up so much.

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. ITS AN AUTHORIZED DEALER. DO NOT USE. I was lied to. Flat out lie. I was told their would be a one time charge on my card for 35. Then their was another 35 charge by Verizon on my bill. There were other charges too they couldn't or wouldn't explain. I went back to cancel and they said they would not. Calling their Verizon rep

I set up on Verizon Wireless site to get phone service and have the phone set up at a local store. I was given this store to go to. I get there and the woman who initially waited on me seemed very confused and did not know if I paid for my phone or not which I had done online. It was all part of the process to get to the point where you go and pick up the phone if you don't want it mailed out. I told her that yes, I did and she seemed at first like she didn't believe me to the point where I was pulling up the transaction to show her. She then said that she couldn't see that in her system - payments in general. There was a phone laying on the desk and she had to ask the manager if that was it. She asked him to come out and help her with it as she seemed to struggle with the basic pickup part of it. All together, this took 20 minutes. The manager was not very friendly, in fact had zero eye contact with me and told the woman that I could just take the phone now. No set up like I had requested when I checked the box etc. I do all the work to set up and transfer everything and now my phone will not dial out for all numbers. I had to chat with Verizon online tech support who put a ticket in. Overall, I would not go back to this store as they don't seem to know what they are doing fully, and the customer service is extremely poor.

This place knows nothing about customer service because you have to wait a long time to get waited on I've been there with other people and they both said the same thing got a bunch of kids that don't know how to deal with people they don't know how to juggle customers or even greet them that's why my phone is with Boost

Verizon should thank their Team Member, Kyle Case, for obtaining a new customer today! He went far beyond expectations and ended up with a new Verizon Wireless customer whom otherwise would have went to another carrier. Customer Service skills were awesome.

Niko is great and friendly, had to switch my account from tmobile after not having internet service or just spotty service from them for more than a month and I just had enough, had better service from Sprint even... and Niko took care of it in less than twenty minutes which was appreciated.

This is not an actual Verizon store, as it is a third party store. Stick with actual Verizon, who was willing to help me very easily when this store went back on its word about a deal.

Niko provided knowledgeable, efficient customer service. My transaction took very little time. Questions were answered promptly and she took the time to be certain all data was transferred to new phone. Niko offered a smiling, friendly demeanor. Best experience!

Pretty unhappy with this location and the staff member that helped. none of the receipts that were given can be read because they company doesn't care to put ink in their printers so now I have to waste half of my morning talking to Verizon. On top of that they don't even let you read the agreement they just sign it electronically with a scribble for you then give you a print out that can't be read
