I had a HORRIBLE experience at one life when I picked up my toddler at the childcare and found him with a black eye. They said he fell? Didn't notify me when the incident happened. I was scared to try out another fitness center. However, I couldn't be happier!I couldn't rave more about this place, child care is great, pool, front desk are friendly, and the people who work there actually care. Compared to one life, I'm so glad I made the switch.

The most clean, safe, and friendly gym I have ever attended! The staff is kind and genuine. I look forward to going to this facility everyday because its atmosphere is so positive and kind!

Really enjoy this gym. The environment is respectful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful!A little bit of a sidebar but in my experience, most women are dressed modestly when they work out - which is a breath of fresh air.

PT initial encounter with Beth: she was professional and thorough in her assessment of my range of motion. Before surgery Cait was my physical therapist and was also very effective.

Exceptional service and facilities. Too many to list, so give them a call and find out for yourself- The front desk will be happy to help you. “Back of house” is just as friendly and helpful. Truly an impressive gym- lap & therapy pools, three locker rooms, kids’ place, classes, therapy, massage, sauna, steam, third level track & classrooms (yoga, fitness etc) and a separate room loaded with free weights. And finally…the gym itself: Every apparatus you can imagine, and most of them in multiples. Personal trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, sanitary locker rooms with folks who work very hard to keep it that way. The list goes on and on.If you need anything, call the front desk and they’ll make sure you get it (if, on the rare occasion, there isn’t an attendant to help you in the back).I almost hate to post such a positive review because I kind of want to keep this place a secret, but it wouldn’t be fair to the facility and all the people involved in making it the wonderful place it truly is.

Their therapy division is wonderful. Everyone from front desk staff to the various therapists are incredibly kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient - everything you could want while recovering.
