“I read the other reviews was satisfied enough to check out Autobahn. Shams was there and I inquired about a vehicle I had seen posted. He informed me that car had issues, and he was going to have it worked on. He asked what we were looking for, and showed us a couple options. He is knowledgeable, and told us that the Pontiac Vibe was essentially a Toyota Matrix. That piqued our interest. After a test drive, we were very interested. The CARFAX checked out with a good maintenance record. He quoted us a price that was in our daughter's price range, and worked with us, since we were going to leave town the next day. Smooth transaction with a very nice person. What really impressed me, was his dedication to customer service and satisfaction. He resolved issues that came up, and really extended himself to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you so much, Shams!”
