I had taken my car to a different auto shop in Winchester and paid to have multiple parts removed, but unfortunately nothing fixed the issue. My car continued to break down on me and the owner of the other auto shop told me they could not do anything further to help me with my vehicle. I called Chris and explained what was going on and she thoroughly looked at everything and told me what was going on without sugarcoating it or trying to milk me for more and more money. The honesty, level of communication, and professionalism I experienced here should be the standard for all auto shops.”

“I read the other reviews was satisfied enough to check out Autobahn. Shams was there and I inquired about a vehicle I had seen posted. He informed me that car had issues, and he was going to have it worked on. He asked what we were looking for, and showed us a couple options. He is knowledgeable, and told us that the Pontiac Vibe was essentially a Toyota Matrix. That piqued our interest. After a test drive, we were very interested. The CARFAX checked out with a good maintenance record. He quoted us a price that was in our daughter's price range, and worked with us, since we were going to leave town the next day. Smooth transaction with a very nice person. What really impressed me, was his dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
