I opened a checking account and a savings account that were not linked I did not have on line banking and I only had a debit card for my checking well I worked very hard to save money for my family and children all summer I went to the bank to deposit a check me checking account cleaned out 500.00 my savings cleanedned out 19121.00 scammed the bank let someone take all my money left me 32 cents I received a letter from the bank the bank on rt 50 saying I authorized the charges I absolutely did not authorize 20000.00 be taken out of my saving in one day they out of there mind said my money went to crypto currency after that bank does not know ware my money went and I did not receive any of my money back guess I'll set around broke with my family all winter I do not understand how the bank can allow someone to steel money out of my savings that I always had to go to the banks sign a paper to move my money around this bank is a fraud in its self and NO ONES MONEY IS SAFE at united bank the lady on my call the the banif i want my money back get a lawyer k told me united bank will steel ur money especially united on rt 50 women does not know what she is doing

I came into branch to deposit my paycheck. The older lady waited on me. She didn’t make my deposit available so when I went to get money it made me overdrawn because she didn’t mKe my fund’s available. I even asked her if they would be and she told me yes. My suggestion find a different branch to go to. This one is the worst.

My account got compromised. I called on JUNE 6th to get a new card and I am STILL waiting.I’m going on 3 weeks with no debit card and it’s honestly extremely inconvenient and annoying.I’m so upset I wanna just cancel my account and change banks altogether.Absolutely ridiculous.

As someone else shared in a previous review the customer service is terrible and I'm almost willing to be the older woman they are referring to in the review is the same one I had an issue with. I usually visit a different branch to make monthly deposits but it was almost closing time so I had stop at this location. Was unable to make deposit because she couldn't find the account after me providing the persons full name(middle included) and address. I tell her I will just wait and make the deposit at the other branch and she rudely hands the money back and mumbles under her breath that I should have provided more information. I would look at a replacement for her if I was management.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. They have the worse customer service I have ever seen. The one old lady acts like she is better than everyone that goes in there and she is always giving you dirty looks. It's ridiculous. Nobody should have to be treated with such disrespect by going to the bank. I've banked with them for over 2 years and have yet to have a pleasant visit.
