The dog wash is amazing. Worth the 10 bucks. You get two towels, unlimited shampoo and a blow dryer. Dog stand for washing and drying.

I really like shopping at this Tractor Supply , 141 Wal martdrive in Winchester. I bought a gun safe there and then a bigger one went on sale for the same price, I called the store and they were so nice about it.They said bring the one you have back and we will load up the bigger one for you. When I got there they couldn't have been nicer, didn't treat me like I was a pain. Great employee'sare hard to find, hang on to these.

The Asst Manager or Manager there Rebekah you need to hold on to her give her a pay raise she's seems to always be working hard she's very polite,helpful,and an amazing employee an asset you don't get often these days better hold onto that bright smile and great person she's going places in life!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service in the area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME REFILLING PROPANE HERE! When they first opened, they were great. The service has gotten worse and worse as time has gone by. They really don't want your business and have every excuse under the sun to not refill your tank. Our equipment is broken, there is no one certified to refill the tank, we don't refill big tanks in the bed of a truck, and now they don't refill if there might be lightening. It was cloudy but there were no storms. Again, they did not want to work. If you write or call their corporate office, they never get back to you. I am done with TCS once and for all.

Not a local; went to our local store and they didn't have what we needed so they sent us to this store after stating they had it... made the trip to this store only to find out they did NOT have it. Slightly frustrated that we went out of our way when they didn't have it but met a nice employee, Bobbie Jo, who was extremely apologetic (even though it was not her fault at all) and went above and beyond to help us find and get (shipped) what we were looking for. GREAT customer service!! Extremely nice and helpful!!

Very high prices on most things but not all. Still not my first go to for parts or equipment. Several times I've gone to get items that are "in stock" yet the shelves were bare and they have no idea where or when the product would appear. If you're looking for a lawn tractor blade don't bother unless is a cub cadet. Tractor supply shouldn't have TRACTOR In the name.
