The parking issue-rude, predatory. All other businesses in Winchester allow parking after hours for patrons visiting other establishments! The new owners of this store are just not as accommodating-they say they tried to work with Bonnie Blue but heard from a reputable source that it was for some outrageous amount of money! No wonder Bonnie Blue rejected the offer….I personally will never step into any of your businesses and will recommend to everyone I know to avoid as well!

Never in my life have I experienced a more predatory parking scheme than what this company and the towing company they employ are running . Really soured my taste of one of my favorite stores. Very sad.

Selection is super. The ladies that assisted were top notch. My wife found a cute outfit and jacket and, of course, I got another pair of boots. Great store with a wide selection.

I came in last week to purchase boots for my daughter. As a single father to a little girl I sometimes find it difficult helping her pick things out that are trendy and hip. Kaitlyn helped us out and went above and beyond the call of duty treating my daughter as a valued guest to your store which meant the world to me. She was patient, understanding and gave her valued input as we explored options. We ended up picking out matching jeans, belt, buckle, and hat for her new ensemble. This is where we will be going for all of our western needs now, thank you.

I have always purchase my Levi's at this store for years I have purchased Levi's as gifts for others I recently purchased two pair that were the wrong size prior to Christmas they were for a Christmas gift I gave them to the person early they tried them on they didn't fit I return them happily with no problems and got the right size however instead of getting 550's I picked up 505 's by mistake it's a total different fit, the jeans were tried on never worn, I try to exchange them when I return from my vacation of 10 days the two associates insisted because the tags were taken off had been washed and they smelt like laundry detergent I currently still have the genes they do not smell like anyting I have had multiple people look at the jeans smell the jeans you can clearly see they were never washed if they were they would have had a wrinkle or some indication that they were highly highly disappointed in this store very poor customer service I was trying to exchange the jeans only to get 550, in the same size, I was trying to exchange them not get my money back because I didn't keep the receipt however lesson learned I will never ever purchase anything from that store again I have been buying stuff for years there all I wear is Levi jeans that is all I purchase for anyone I buy jeans for they insisted that the genes have been worse that's a total lie I will happily buy from Kohl's or any other place or order online and pay more for them than to give that store another Penny of my money a word to the wise they will accuse you of washing your jeans and trying to take them back that is something I have never ever done I realize that some people may do that I have never done that
