Had brakes replaced and there was a shimmy at highway speeds afterward. Jamie and team troubleshot the issue and resolved the issue at no charge. Excellent service here.

We were traveling South on 81 with our RV when our TPMS alerted there was an issue with one of our tires. Thankfully Tire Outfitters was only one exit away. They were able to fit us in right away and replaced all 4 of the valve stems on the RV. We are so grateful. They were very professional and helpful. We were back on the road in about on hour.

Please buyers beware. All they do is try to get more money out of you. They tell you your truck will be ready by a certain day and days go by no call from them updating you on the progress. Play phone tag the guy is either out to lunch or not available. That in itself is very unprofessional and then add the poor quality of the work. Makes for a very bad experience.

Very difficult time getting a. Appointment. Also unhelpful in the office. This was not always the case the service in the past was very good but has suffered greatly.
