Fantastic spot. Very friendly lady who was also very informative. She actually guided me away from a very expensive item I was about to buy for no reason and directed me to one that fit my needs. I spent more in the store for that reason alone. Ill be going back whenever I'm in winchester.

We are visiting from NC and wanted to visit a smoke shop up here. I googled and found this one. We drove 20 mins to get there and when we do arrive at 245 there is a sign that says “gone to the bank, be back in 15”. It’s Saturday on Labor Day weekend, banks are closed by this time and we waited over 20 minutes. Open sign was on. I tried to call and no answer. Terrible experience to say the least
