The most racist place I have ever been!!!Just because I was translating for my wife in Spanish they called the police on me. Creek side plaza in Winchester, VA is not a Latino friendly place with every store that I walked in that supposedly were for dresses which ( did not have any by the way) they will make a funny face at you if you’re Latino or Hispanic! first and last time to go to this place!!! As usual, my needs were met expertly and quickly. I needed to return an item that was the wrong size, and my sales clerk had me on and out in a few minutes after ordering the proper size and color. Good job, Talbots!!

Sally's story is true. That happens frequently here. You have to know what you want when you go in and do your own thing. I shop here because it is convenient not for the service for sure. Occasionally you get lucky and someone will you assist you but for the most part you are on on your own. I've shopped at other Talbots, and the experience is completely different. When you are spending $500-600 at a time on clothing you expect a little more.

I brought my daughter in to purchase business professional clothing. The store was not busy Not one person working there greeted us or asked if we needed any assistance. I had arms full of clothes and none of them offered to start us a dressing room. It was as if we were invisible. We let ourselves into the dressing room. When we went back into the store to find another size and returned to the dressing room we found it had been emptied. I asked where we could find the clothes and the sales associated pointed to a rack. No apology or anything. She was unfriendly during the check out process too. This is not the level of costumer service I expect from Talbots. I would rather drive an hour to Tysons than to walk into this store again.
