Okay, wow. This was the most unexpected yet pleasant vehicle incident of my life. While on I-81 as part of a five hour road trip not close at all to home, my Forester lit up like a Christmas tree. After a quick search indicated that a Subaru dealership was 40 minutes south, I called and very desperately asked for help. We were told it might be three to four hours of our time but they would be glad to fit us in. We arrived around 1:40 pm and were greeted with incredible kindness. Immediately, we were offered a Subaru dog dish for our pup, drinks, snacks, and a wifi connection as the various dealerships I’ve worked with have always promoted but not always followed through. I teach college students and had to administer a Zoom class at 2 pm, and while I’d planned to do it outside a Starbucks or public library for the wifi because of traveling with the dog, the proper table, accommodations, and air conditioning were gifts to us all. At one point, an employee even brought the dog (who spent two hours hamming it up in the lobby) a Subaru dog toy. In total, we were there just shy of three hours in which time they made the repair AND cleaned our car. The wildest part is that the repair was under warranty, so we spent zero of our own dollars and still received incredible service. I’m from a family full of folks who exclusively drive Subarus and, coincidentally, every one of my closest friends do as well. I’ll be sure to share this experience with all of them, and I know, even though they are over three hours from home, the next time I buy, I’ll be contacting them.

This has been such a wonderful experience! Jolene was wonderful to work with. Most of the work was done over the phone. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a Subaru.

Nancy and I had an excellent experience with Bart Robertson throughout the process of purchasing our new 2025 Forester. We love the car and are learning all about it. Bart was always available to answer any questions we had, and the follow up has been outstanding. Kudos also to Matt Haene for walking us through much of the paperwork. The purchase process was amazing from beginning to end. I buy new vehicles regularly. I had purchased 3 new Subarus from another dealer (2019 Forester, 2022 Crosstrek and 2022 Forester) I went back to that dealership and got a quote. On a whim I reached out to Duncan Carlson of CMA Subaru and he substantially beat my offer from my previous dealer. I have been contacted by the sales manager and general manager. I believe that CMA Subaru will be my dealership from this point on. THANKS CMA

Service writer greeted me promptly and took my Crosstrek in the shop within five minutes. Waiting area is very nice with water provided, free WiFi and a tv. Within 45 minutes the service writer called to let me know my vehicle was ready.
Fast, convenient, professional and friendly service, highly recommend!
