There aren't words to describe how satisfied I am with the Stephens City annex of Storage Solutions. Many years ago I used one of their units and was satisfied. A little over two years later my household goods were stored there by an entrusted power of attorney who ran into financial difficulties. Through working with Glenda I was able to restore my account and recover my property. Her professionalism and compassion shine a very bright light on Storage Solutions and I will forever recommend them to anyone who even mentions the word 'storage' to me. Five stars isn't enough.

I have been with White Properties on Rainbow Road now for over 8 years! Glenda who handles the front office is awesome to work with and a real problem solver. Recently i went through a transition at work, and found myself needing a bigger storage bin. Glenda glady took the time to walk around with me to each unit, and discuss how the size and location would impact both my bill and the functioning of the unit. They also are willing to go the extra mile, and always work with you to accept/handle UPS/FedX deliveries - Hell! They even help me accept a delivery from a trailer truck. These guys are great!
