I wish I had found them sooner instead of messing around with the big name stores. Had been waiting almost three weeks for an oven and then it was delayed again by Lowe’s. I stopped by on a Thursday evening 20 mins before close and they had the oven available for pick up by Monday. I will deff be going back to them for all other appliance’s going forward. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well.

The service rep provided the whys and how’s about how the frig was running after he ran a diagnostic review that gave me better understanding of the different sounds coming from it which is normal for today’s refrigerators and it was running correctly. He then explained to me why my frig was freezing food on top shelf and what to do. He answered a couple of more questions and gave advice of when and how to deal with it with. He was friendly and gave great customer service for the refrigerator I bought from Spichers a year ago!

Needed an emergency fridge replacement, and the store worked with me to find exactly what I needed— in stock— and fit me into an already packed delivery schedule. Store experience was great (thanks, Ricky!), and the delivery guys were just perfect. As smooth an experience as we could’ve asked for. Thanks so much, Spichers! We’ll be back.

I've purchased two appliances from the Winchester location and I've been pleased with the sales staff and with the delivery and installation staff. I have not had to have any of my appliances I purchased from them serviced, so I can't review that part of their business.

Brandon, our technician, was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He's very professional and personable too! We got email and texts when Brandon was on his way. I highly recommend Spichers!
