They called a few days before my sleep study to confirm appointment & was informed that I have to pay $600 upfront & they lady giggled, because I told her I don't have that type of money.

Office was quick to arrange sleep study and invoice for services. Kim did a fine job monitoring and conducting that part. Then the issuance of the report came slowly. The doctor would not meet with me to discuss the results of the sleep study. My GP could not explain the details of the report. Went ahead and ordered the CPAP from the company they are aligned with in California. Waited weeks after the equipment was to be delivered to Somnium. No one called to say it had arrived or what the status was. No one ever answers the phone when I called. Very unprofessional.

My wife had a Sleep Study done on October 10th, 2022. It is now November 17th, 2022 (five weeks later) and we are still unable to obtain the results of the study after numerous attempts, which have included personal visits to the facility, phone calls and contacts made via our Internist Medical Group at the Hospital who ordered the Sleep Study.

Very poor customer service. It took 6 weeks for them to send in the request to my insurance company. When I inquired on the status, I was lied to and was told “I can guarantee that it had been submitted, it’s your insurance company that hasn’t processed it.” I had my doctors office to contact them and found out the truth. They had moved and were running behind. Just tell me the truth is all I asked. So after two months of trying to work with them, I decided to go to a place in Leesburg and within two days, I’m all set for my sleep study and received great customer service. This place could learn something from them.

My doctor sent a referral for me on Oct. 14, 2019. 2 weeks later, I still hadn’t heard from them. Over the next month I called 3 times. Each time I was told they were moving the office and would get back to me. Today, Dec. 5, 2019, still no call. Very disappointed and very unprofessional.
