A bit pricey, but You definitely get what you pay for. The shoes are very high quality. I saw a neighbor wearing a really cool pair of leather shoes. I had to have a pair. This was my first visit to the store. Service was excellent. Ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes. These shoes will last a long time.

This is definitely the place to shop. Everyone makes you feel like you are part of their family. They're knowledgeable and they don't try to rush you to make a purchase. They're definitely at the top of my shopping list. They have so many styles to choose from.

I was certainly delighted with Solely Comfort! Two days ago, sorely disappointed with downtown Winchester's shoestore, I found that SC can't be beat! In terms of inventory, service, customer care, genuine desire to help, and knowledge of appropriately fitting shoes for the customer, that business is outstanding!Everything one would want in a store--they are! I have a new favorite place to buy shoes---Solely Comfort, in Creek Side Shopping Center on Route 11!

I had my very 1st visit there today and unfortunately I rolled in 10 minutes before they closed. I had just got off work and I felt horrible arriving that late. Not once did they ever make me feel rushed or that I was making them stay late to help me. I was so happy when I left I called at least 3 or 4 people saying you gotta go here. But, let me back up just a bit to catch you up on the whole story.My husband and I have an event in a few days and lots of walking is involved. I had went last week to a different local shoe store and I grabbed a pair of walking shoes I thought would be comfortable. I wore them over the weekend to break them in and realized these were a terrible fit and caused alot of foot pain.I tried another shoe store and asked them to help me find the right shoe as I'm really struggling and need someone with experience to help me select the right type. Well they gave me a very young kid to help even though 3 other adults were there 2 of them on their phones. One adult heard him struggling to help me find the right size as he kept trying to guess. And he shouts to try another brand. I left there totally frustrated as this was a well known store in town.So tonight as I got off work I googled best shoe store in Winchester and Soley Comfort store popped up and the 1st review was glowing on how comfortable the shoes were. I was like yes! Then I saw they closed at 6pm and here it was almost that time. But I was desperate and felt like it was my last shot. So I rushed over there and flew into the store at 5:50pm.The 3 ladies inside were so very kind, and all 3 of them jumped into action to help me. They measured my feet the proper way and guess what, I walked out of that store with the perfect pair of boots!!!!The customer service was hands down the absolute best!!! I highly recommend them and I will most certainly be back. If you need shoes, save the headaches I had and go straight there first

Solely Comfort has become my favorite shoe store. The service provided by the store associates is always friendly and attentive and the overal experience simply outstanding. Their recommendatios are right on. I have made several purchases recently and I am extremely pleased with their suggestions.

Solely Comfort is a beautiful store with a very large selection of shoes. I have purchased numerous pairs of shoes for myself and my family. The staff is so wonderful! If you need comfy shoes, this is the best place in town!

Great place for high quality shoes, sandals and boots. They sit and fit, measure your feet. I just bought a pair of high black real leather boots from NAOT. They feel gorgeous on. Are they pricey?They certainly are a step up from the big box stores. I feel your feet are important to your body! I would rather have one good, well made pair of shoes that last, than ones that don't. I am older adult and on my feet all day . The store was having a sale and I bought a pair of flats for half price. Staff knows their product; owners work the floor and more importantly they are honest. I enjoy shopping there with no one hassling you.They always help me get exactly what I was looking for, and they fit correctly.
