I've bought 1/2 hogs, lambs, chickens cornish game hens and osso bucco shanks from Skyview Acres all were flavorful and tender. Awesome products all the way around. Greg and Sharon are easy to work with, they communicate well and are very accommodating. These guys are an easy choice.

I can't say enough about the products that are produced here. The beef is the best I have ever eaten. I can tell you that if you use their ground beef and make a 1/2 pound burger it will still be 1/2 pound when it is put on the bun. I highly recommended them.

I bought ground beef. The kids loved it and said to get more. They are not usually impressed with hamburger. Nice to not be afraid of where it came from, what is in it, and how it was treated.
