These guys are five stars for a reason, excellent service they were at the scene within minutes and were able to get me squared away quickly, all of the workers were as friendly as they could be, and the pricing was exceptional I couldn't think more highly of this company.

When my car broke down in Winchester, I utilized my insurance's roadside assistance who contacted Simkohvitch Transport and Towing. The driver arrived exactly when he said he would and worked quickly to get my car out of the street. The driver was courteous, friendly, and transported us and my broken car safely. I know who call should I need a tow!

Incredibly friendly and helpful service. Getting a flat is an incredibly frustrating experience but the helpfulness and kindness shown by Simkhovitch really helped the situation! If I ever am in this situation again I know who to call.

Needed a tire changed to my spare after my tire went flat in my driveway and I was unable to loosen the lug nuts. They called when the gentleman dispatched and the caller was very nice. When the driver arrived he was superb, started some nice small talk, and helped identify the issue, a broken valve stem, swiftly. 10/10, this company has a very amicable crew. Will call them again should I need roadside services in the future.Service: Tire change

Once again, I was not let down! After a little arguing with my insurance provider to get them to dispatch Simkhovitch, I was told about 45 minutes. These guys NEVER take that long. My car was on the tow truck and headed to the shop within 20-25 minutes. Friendly, polite, and caring. This is the tow company to go to for all your needs!!They are there when they say they will be and incredibly polite and helpful! Love this company!!!Service: Car towing

When my little one locked the keys in the car with the car running at 7:00 in the morning I was in a panic. I called quite a few companies and was not getting a response because of how early in the morning it was. The young woman I spoke with could since my anxiety and was so sweet. They were able to be at my residence within 25 minutes so the whole incident only made me 30 minutes late for work. I believe if I had used another service I could have been hours late. When Dustin arrived he was thoughtful, kind, and efficient. The price was very reasonable. Thanks so much for your help and for getting us to school and work quickly.

2 stars because the individuals we dealt with in person were very friendly and helpful. Also 2 stars because the fees are more than the actual service provided. I paid more in admin fees and gate fees than the actual service.Service: Car towing

We used Simkhovitch for back to back needs, first for a tow and then for a lock out. In both our experiences they were extremely quick to respond, professional and efficient.
