Matt was great. I was so excited to find a Mobile Mechanic because I hate having to take my car places for repairs because its a hassle so I tend to delay a lot of needed maintenance. Matt was very friendly and professional and responsive every step of the way from paying for the parts to getting him here to do the job. He only took the time frame he said he would need and my brakes were finished before I even got home from work. Will definitely use his services again in the future!

Had Matt come to my house to work on my Corvette as i didn't want it towed. He has a great personality, knew what he was doing, was done in the time he said it would take, and he even checked all the fluids and topped them off! i will be using his services more! Great job, Matt!

I am very pleased with my experience. I had breaks and rotors replaced today at my work. From my first phone call until getting the text that the job was done, it was stress free. The customer service is excellent--quick, friendly, professional, and informative. The service was done on time and as expected. The convenience of having them come out to my workplace just cannot be beat! There was no disruption to my work day at all, and it definitely saved the hassle of dropping off a vehicle somewhere or waiting several hours for the job to be done. The price was good. Matt is an excellent technician and very knowledgeable. He was professional, well mannered, and called my mother ma'am. He made quick work of replacing the original crank sensor on my 01 Jetta. If you know much about these cars you know how much of a PITA those old sensors can be to get out ;) Bottom line, I'd recommend this dude to anyone and will continue to give him work whenever I have it. Thanks Matt!

My vehicle broke down in Reston, va parking lot. I called local repair shops. None could get me scheduled until the following week!I called Shenandoah mobile auto repair. They were on-site within the hour!!!The tech showed up with a diagnostic computer. Diagnoses my problem. Misfire on cylinder #6.He sourced my part and had me right again within the following hour.I found Matt Campbell (the repair tech) friendly knowledgeable and very professional.Great service and great rates. Repair service who comes to you!They also offer routine oil change as an “at home service”. We will be using them for all our repair and maintenance needs. My car started running rough and throwing error codes like crazy. I contacted Matt. He fit me into the schedule, quickly came out for the diagnostic, and told me what the core problem(s) might be. The day after he got the parts, he performed the repair and stayed until we were positive he had solved the problem. He communicates well with the customer, and does what it takes to get the job done right. Highly recommended
