I've always had a wonderful experience at the Sephora in Kohl's. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. Yesterday, Kate helped my daughter and I find everything we needed and also provided us with some wonderful samples. She went above and beyond and was so wonderful! She is certainly an asset to this store!! Thank you again!! ?

I used to not be too interested in Sephora until Myesha (from this location) welcomed me to the store and helped me sign up for Beauty Insider! I find so many awesome products here and I love coming here when Myesha is on shift! she's so sweet and answers every question to the fullest extent! She loves to start a conversation which I find so rare from any employee out there. Because of the excellent service I'm a regular Sephora customer in store and online! It may not be as big as the other locations but it's stocked really well! Will definitley return!

Aidan, Rory, Jay and Myesha were really good today. I loved my experience while shopping today!!! Jay and Myesha helped me find a foundation and Aidan and Rory helped me with a skin care regimen!

Unimpressed. I miss the Sephora that was in the apple blossom mall just feel like it was better. Visited this one multiple times and just seems to run out of stock more frequently and just not that many items really. You are honestly better off now just ordering makeup online in my opinion.

Very unprofessional cashier today, 6/7/23 at around 11am, I was in a hurry picking up a last minute gift. The cashier asked if I had an email with them, I said no and tried to hand her my money. Instead of taking it, she called two women over to get ‘free points’, without asking me if I had time or wouldn’t mind. Indeed I would have said it was fine, if I was asked. Instead, I was faced with a rude cashier and two women trying to decide whose email to use for my ‘free points’. I actively made the choice to shop at Kohl’s Sephora, instead of JCPenny’s, I now regret that decision.

Okay, soo I needed my makeup done. I had a performance and Aidan the stylist helped me with makeup and he also did my makeup even though they were no services! He knew what to talk about and he did a fantastic job! My parents are asking who did it because it was soo fantastic and just what I needed!! Thanks and shoutout to Aidan! One of the best customer services I have ever experienced! WOW!Please give him Manager of that Sephora or assistant Manager... he deserves it 100% and he's a perfect fit to manage that store!

Shout out to Mechele in customer service and I didn't get the sales associate that helped me but she was wearing a red shirt and matching RED Chuck Taylor high top shoes. They both went above and beyond to help me find a "needle in a haystack" blush pink pair of jeans that I couldn't find anywhere. I originally bought a pair of the pink jeans that ended up too big but covid kept everyone from using the dressing room so I wanted to find the next size down. The Kohl's app couldn't recognize the barcode so I called the store. Mechele finally figured out the problem and sent "Ms Red Shoes" to find me the jeans in my size while I was still on the phone. Eureka she found them and they were waiting for me when I got to the store! The best experience during these trying times! Thank you ladies!! ❤️
