“5+ Year Review In The Making:
I received another price increase notification last month. On average, the price increases to around $65 bucks every time I get one of these notifications, and they pop up randomly. Sometimes, I’ve gotten 2-3 rate increases in a year, and other times, I’ve gotten one, but every time, I know I can call and talk to Corey. Corey is amazing! I have been with the company for many years, and he’s always been incredibly helpful. The way the rates fluctuate dramatically can be frustrating, but Corey is always so empathetic and sweet. He goes above and beyond to work with his customers and always lays out all the options. He’s always honest and transparent, and he admits if he’s made a mistake. He’s big on communication and doing right by others, so if you ever have any issues here, I strongly encourage you to reach out to him. Overall, the units in the building are very clean. I’ve never had any problems with getting in or out of the facility. They have quality security cameras, and they are quick to help with any concerns you have. I’d recommend renting here, but I would also recommend getting to know the staff, as they will be your best resources when navigating your options for price increases!

P.S. I was talking to another tenant who told me about a different young man who either works or worked there, and he had nothing but glowing things to say about him, too. They seem to hire good people here, so thank you both for all you do!”

The location is nice too, right behind the VA Farm Market. Lot was very clean. Spot was pretty level on a solid gravel pad. Glad I found this place”

“I contacted Allied Storage because I was looking for a different spot for my camper. The spot we had was always wet and mossy after it rained, which was a concern. Megan was incredibly helpful and did her best to find a new location that would accommodate our camper. Although my husband decided we would stay put for now and even consider changing locations altogether, Megan went above and beyond by personally visiting our spot. During a heat wave, she worked hard to add gravel to improve drainage and reduce the wetness. We are extremely pleased with the outstanding service Megan provided and truly appreciate her dedication and care!”

“Stored our 36' motorcoach there for 5 years. Good RV storage option. Easy access from I-81. Good-sized spaces for even large RVs. Fenced storage lot with electronic gate access. Recently enhanced security with new lighting and video surveillance. Access roads recently re-paved. Management continues to provide good maintenance and upgrades to the facility. Site manager, Elizabeth, is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Decorates entrance area nicely for every season. All in all, a good choice in the Winchester area.”

In addition, their prices were very fair and the units were clean and well-maintained. The complex has a gate to get in inside which could be accessed with a code, and the individual storage buildings also required a code to enter them, so the property was very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend Route 37 to anyone that needs a storage unit in the Winchester area!!”
