Do not buy a mattress, or possibly anything else, from this store! My husband and I shopped the store's Labor Day sale earlier this month. We were interested in one of the mattresses on sale. The salesman checked to see how long the wait was for delivery and assured us we could have it delivered in a week. One week passed and there was no communication from the store. My husband called the next week, and they said a delivery would be made to the store next week. We waited another week, no call. My husband called back. They told him the mattress we ordered wasn't on the delivery truck that arrived at the store. After speaking to the manager, he found out that the salesperson should not have promised us the mattress in our given timeframe. We were offered a small refund if we wanted a lesser-quality mattress, which we refused. Then the manager said the mattress we paid for was last year's model, and he didn't know if they could get one at all. The whole process has been very frustrating and disappointing. We opted for a full refund so that we can buy a mattress somewhere else. We will never shop at Schewels Furniture in Winchester, VA, again!

Kevin was our salesman. Epic fail as he didn't tell us we needed to purchase a cord for our dryer. Nor did the young men that loaded the dryer on our truck.

Very prompt service! We were shopping for a recliner and Taneish listened to what we wanted and directed us to the one that fit our needs. We are very happy with the recliner.
Delivery came the day they said it would. The young men who delivered it were friendly, careful and made sure it was where we wanted it. They also made sure it worked well before they left.

The experienced staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure their customers have a great experience. They make you feel like you are part of the Schewels family. It's a family atmosphere, and you feel like you are home. While everyone is beyond knowledgeable and nice to us, Taneish has been one of the sweetest people you will meet. Her smile is so contagious, that by the end of your visit you leave smiling and one happy customer. I will definitely be back for all my shopping needs because I know I will be taken care of and happy with my purchase.

You want good furniture schewels is where it is. They also have a payment plan that will help you if needed. Friendly service.
My saleperson was a woman. I believe she was the only woman there. Great customer service skills, interaction on point.

My Husband and I were greeted at the door by the Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. We were directed to the area of the showroom to the style of the sofas, we were looking to purchase. I liked that we were left at the point to browse and shop. Once we made our decision, we were helped immediately. Our salemens is very informative of the warranty options and pricing and attentive to what we wanted. It was a Pleasure to do business here. I can not wait for my Sofas to be delivered so I can enjoy my new living room.
