I went in to see Dana for the lip blushing (permanent make-up) I've always struggled with having no pigment in my lips. I now have color in my lips and there stunning. Was not painful at all. Hands down one of the best services I've had done. Thanks Dana ?

Today was my first time visiting House of Beauty in Leesburg. It was also only my second time getting services (my first time was with a different business). Gin (Emily) was amazing! I was interested in multiple things and left (same day) with majority of the work I was interested in. She was extremely personable and knowledgable. She understood exactly what I was looking for and I left happy with the results. I can not wait to go back in two weeks for the follow up. I am also looking forward to facials, peels and products to help with maintenance.

Stephanie at The Beaty Lab is an angel. She’s fixing my lips after Dr. Karen at Exclusively Faces screwed them up. She is patient, kind and listens to your concerns. She is a total pro and knows what she is doing! She had to dissolve some migrated filler and inject some more. So far so good! I’ll be going to her for all my “aging with grace” needs ?

The majority of the girls who work here are snobby stuck up floosies who have nothing better to do with their time except gossip and run their mouths. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The family that runs this salon and the apartments connected to it are selfish and only after money and do not care about customers or tenants and will do what is in their best interest regardless of who or what it affects. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Julie was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to ask what my goals were, offered amazing insight, and kept me informed and comfortable during my whole experience visiting with her. She scheduled a follow up with her 2 weeks later and was nothing short of sweet, professional, and just overall enjoyable to be around. I totally trust her and couldn't say enough nice things.

The positives: I was happy with my makeup and hair-my bridal party was not. Price was great. Negatives: 1. It was impossible to get in touch with the wedding coordinator (Dana) -it got to the point where I would call at least every other day or text multiple times to get a response. 2. They were very disorganized-I had to do two separate makeup/hair trials got time wrong for both of them. 3. It took me 7 attempts to schedule a trial for my bridal makeup and I started about a year ahead of time. 4. The worst part was, they (everyone except Steph) had attitudes. Pretty rude. Wedding makeup is expensive and I felt as if I was working around their schedule instead of getting the time booked I was paying for. All in all: do not book, other great work is out there and do you really want negative vibes on your wedding? I was sad I had such a negative experience for my wedding because I had been using them for makeup for years and I will never use their service again.

I went to them to get my hair from brown to platinum white and every session took 8 hours and 4 days and still did not come out right.my stylist had to ask others what should be put on my hair and did not know what she was doing at all . I would have a set appt with her and would not be there on time I would have to sit in my car and wait 30min to and hour . I do not recommend going here to this place!! They are not professional at allService: Hair colouring

Ashley was amazing. She was so sweet, easy to talk to, and attentive to me. I’ve had SO many bad experiences with getting my hair done and so I’m always a little nervous, but I was completely happy when I left the salon. It was a little costly but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Or that should be the case at any rate, and I got exactly what I wanted so it was worth every penny to me. I want to also add, that there were several women in that day with other stylists, and every lady I saw left the salon looking confident and beautiful. This is a very nice salon and I’ll always try to schedule with Ashley in the future. ❤️Services: Balayage

I had an appointment at the ‘Beauty Lab’ with Stephanie and cannot speak more highly of both the services received and how professional she and her staff were. They took time to talk to me, go through the procedure and make sure I was happy at the end. I will absolutely be returning and referring all of my family and friends.

I booked my wedding hair and makeup trial here and was willing to give them a shot despite some of the concerning reviews I read on various websites. They're pricing was great and they were very responsive before my visit! After my trial, however, I am super disappointed and upset with my experience. I am a low-maintenance bride (or try my best to be) but would not recommend booking them for wedding hair services. I WOULD recommend them for makeup services. When I arrived, no one greeted me for 5-10 minutes AND no one was wearing masks. They're busy, no big deal, though I was a little taken aback by the lack of masks. When someone did greet me, they confirmed my appointment time and sat me down in a chair to start on my hair. The hair stylist (seemed to be the co-owner of the salon) did not ask my name or introduce herself (I still do not know her name) but did ask what style I wanted and asked to see pictures. After that exchange, it all went downhill. She asked one of the younger girls to come over and curl my hair, which she did in less than 10 minutes. That alone should tell you the lack of care taken, as I have long, past should-length hair and it takes me 20+ minutes to curl my hair neatly at home. The curls were there, but messy, and the longer I looked at them in the mirror the less happy I was with them. I had nothing else to do but stare in the mirror, because the girl curling my hair never acknowledged me and instead carried on a conversation with everyone else in the salon except me. It felt very impersonal and I was kind of bummed. I do not expect to feel like a princess, but even a "so when is your wedding? Are you excited?" kind of question would have made me feel welcomed and supported. After the flash curling session, the main stylist came back over and finished my hair style (a simple cross hatch with a small bump in the back). Yet again, she did not introduce herself or attempt to talk to me at all. Instead, she was actively filling out a loan application for some large piece of equipment (yelling answers over my head to someone at the computer) and carrying on a general conversation with other staff and clients. I continued to stare at the mirror, as there was nothing else to do. The results were okay. To her credit she copied the style I wanted, just not very well (see pictures). I'm not sure if the results were due to lack of experience or lack of care. Again, I'm not a perfectionist, but the entire experience left me feeling like I was a mannequin head and not a person, plus that they clearly didn't care whether they got my business or not. My makeup experience was entirely different. The makeup artist was super sweet, asked me questions, chatted with me, and made me feel much better about my time at the salon. She also wore a mask during my entire makeup application. I would have hired them for makeup services but wanted to go with a full-service vendor, and I refuse to hire them for hair services after my experience. If this is how they treat customers before we sign the contract, I can't imagine how they would treat me afterwards. I ultimately decided I wanted a more caring energy on my wedding day.
