I'm never going to any Safford for work on my car again. I called a couple days prior to schedule my appointment, told them two things. Oil Change, and check my tire. Figured they'd make a note. Had to reiterate that I need my tire looked at when I arrived (15-30 minutes early like their appt reminders say on their email) and then waited longer than an oil change takes, for them to have ignored the tire comment (Mentioned 3 times now) and when I get into my car the Turn signals are clicking faster with an error showing up on my dash. The MANAGERS, have failed their staff. Worst dealership chain is Safford Browns and I'll never go to a Safford again. Not to mention the sterling Safford is no better. They tore up the plastic underneath my front bumper trying to do the oil change. If you want a professional to work on your car go anywhere else. If I could give negative stars I would

I want to give a big shout out to the service team here, especially Britnie! The way they manage this department makes it a pleasure to come in for my regular appointments. I recently had a major issue with my car, and they handled it with such professionalism—it was really impressive. They responded to my frequent calls and provided updates with the best of their knowledge. I'm so glad I live close to the dealership. Thanks again to Britnie and the entire service team!

Mike was a great salesman, he went out of his way to show me different vehicles, brought vehicles to me so I didn't have to walk to look at them. Very polite and informative. I recommend Mike for your salesman.

I recently purchased a vehicle at Safford Chrysler with the assistance of Samantha. She was attentive without being pushy, down-to-Earth, and did not have the typical car-salesman demeanor (no offense to car salesman!). She made the process simple, and amazingly quick. Additionally, she didn't forget me after the sale was complete; instead, she followed up to inquire whether I had any questions or concerns and wanted to make sure I am happy with my new car. Samantha demonstrated a sincere desire to help me find the car that was right for my needs and wants while being very knowledgeable. Would just like too thank Stephanie on the purchase of our 2021 VW ATLAS .She was so nice and easy going and never forced us or pushed us too do anything we didn't want too.The whole staff was really nice right down too the finance guy.Thanks again for treating us like family.
