Unprofessional rude at the drive-thru and the window the medication that we needed we were told was going to be there never showed up the interactions with the staff were subpar and made me question their ability to fill meds decided to move all my prescriptions back to a big chain due to their inappropriate interactions and piss poor efforts at doing their job correctly

Local pharmacy with excellent customer care and service.Have used them for vaccinations, latest visit the same for a booster. Walk in service, waited a short time, then quickly done.What impressed us the most, was watching one of the pharmacy members take care of an elderly customer. They helped her pick out the items she needed, answered questions fully, and was very compassionate with the concerns and issues of the customer. You don’t see this often, especially the long time of personally assisting the customer. Well done! Wish more business would see how true customer care is supposed to be.Will I come back - most definitely.Would I recommend this business - Absolutely!

Wonderful staff who always provide outstanding care! They are the only one of three pharmacies in the whole state of Virginia to fill certain medications. UVA had me try to use two other unreliable mail order pharmacies to fill a medication. Both other pharmacies failed to fill the medications. Surprisingly, Rotz went the extra mile and fills the medications every month like clockwork! I am so thankful I can count on them to fill everything, and it is always cheaper!

It’s extremely reassuring and refreshing to do business with this wonderful, independent pharmacy where it’s evident that they truly care about their customers. I had been going to CVS pharmacy but hated the long lines and not know which prescription I was picking up and how much I would be paying. Rotz has been amazing. No lines, fills prescriptions super quickly and sends you a notification about what you are picking up and how much it will cost. Happy to support a local business.

Support your local pharmacy by shopping at Rotz! Convenient location with drive-up window. Helpful, proactive, and knowledgeable staff. They have a decent selection of medicine that rivals CVS and Walmart. They have a designated parking lot and cold drinks inside. Closed on Sunday.
